We need an ARM template for an easy deployment of all our resources. Acceptance criteria:

  • It must deploy on the users subscription and all resources must be int the same resource group and region
  • Has a WEB API for the signaling server
  • Has Azure Batch
  • Has Azure functions for Create/Delete 3DSTK pools - Windows for streaming and Linux for TURN
