Shortcuts path is null

It isn't working at all on Android 7.0 when trying to open the shortcut.
I created a shortcut for a PDF and it says it can't be opened. It is located in the internal storage.

I forgot to mention that the path resolves as null/blabla.pdf, and storage permission is granted.

Update: They open if I set the correct path.

@75py Moto G4. Android 7.0. I can provide more info if needed and try anything, just ask.

I've been investigating a little bit more and it seems this only happens within certain folders.

Some examples on the internal storage:
/storage/emulated/0/Download/120112.pdf -> /storage/emulated/0/Download/120112.pdf (ok)
/storage/emulated/0/Documents/120112.pdf -> null/120112.pdf (replace path by null)

Some examples on the sd-card:
/storage/xxxx/Download/629.pdf -> null/Download/629.pdf
All folders in sd-card seem to do the same (replace /storage/xxxx/ by null).

The preview for the icon seems to load fine though. If I can provide logs or traces of some kind just tell me how.
