Closing as stale: the intended change (request_changes_workflow: true → false in .coderabbit.yaml) was already merged to main via #150. The only remaining diff on this branch is the removal of the trailing newline at EOF, which is not an intended change. The merge conflict and auto-merge / Owner auto-merge failure are both downstream effects of this PR being redundant.
