The following workflows are removed because not needed anymore:
- jit/mch-digits-epn
- jit/mch-qcmn-epn-digits-local
- jit/mch-qcmn-flp-digits-local
- jit/mch-qcmn-flp-digits-remote

* [MCH] additionally removed the mch-qcmn-flp-digits-local FLP workflow
