Proposed Changes
In #3343, I committed a patched
blueprints.pharto the repo, to make E2E tests pass on Windows when using the native PHP runtime. Since then, WordPress/php-toolkit#265 has been merged, and we can now bring back the old behavior.Testing Instructions
