LICENSE SUMMARY

This project is available under two licenses:

  1. Open Source License - Free for non-commercial use by individuals and public institutions within the European Union only
  2. Commercial License - Required for any commercial use and for all use outside the European Union

OPEN SOURCE LICENSE

For non-commercial use by individuals and public institutions within the European Union only.

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any individual or public institution within the European Union obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, and sublicense the Software for non-commercial purposes only, subject to the following conditions:

Commercial license terms:

  • Requires payment of licensing fees
  • Grants non-exclusive usage rights
  • May include additional support, updates, and maintenance
  • Custom terms available for enterprise deployments

  1. License Verification: Users may be required to verify eligibility for the Open Source License

  4. Enforcement: Unauthorized use without proper licensing constitutes copyright infringement
  5. Termination: Failure to comply with license terms results in automatic termination of rights

LICENSE IDENTIFICATION

For GitHub licensing detection, this license incorporates elements similar to GPL for the copyleft provisions and MIT-like terms for the open source usage, but with additional restrictions and a dual licensing model as detailed above.
