local模式启动同时启动多个任务，出现端口占用的情况

目前用下面的这种方式可以解决，不知道有没有更好的方式
在com.dtstack.flinkx.Main增加下面代码，创建MyLocalStreamEnvironment的时候指定参数

    conf.setString("query.proxy.ports", "50100-50200,50300-50400,51234");

local模式主要是在本地debug用的，所以当时设计是没有考虑到会在local模式下提交多个任务的情况
