We need the Vagrant instance to be set up so that the ds utility can compile SCSS and JS on ds build and as a ds watch task whenever code is changed. We'll need Node and NPM dependencies installed on the Vagrant box using Salt, and then this can just hook into the existing Grunt task. 🐷
