We actually don't use the Signup Form Label override anywhere, so there are no variables to migrate into
dosomething_helpers_variable.This is the last of the custom theme-related variables, so this also removes all the code we don't need anymore around the
dosomething_helpers_custom_varstuff: prefixes, saving, writing files, etc. Instead, for writing files, the workflow will be that an Administrator or Creative Team member uploads the file atadmin/content/file, and then enters the fid on the Custom Settings form.
