Global Events, Local Events, and more Lanes?

What if instead of only having events that are for the whole variation of a song, you could also have events that are specific to a certain difficulty? This could allow for some neat tricks and variation between difficulties such as alternate animations and such. CNE has this and it works great! Also what if the chart editor had more lanes for the events? This would make the chart editor so much easier to work with when you have two events playing at the same time, like the camera zooming in and focusing on a position/character, etc. This would be such an awesome edition to the already great chart editor!
