It's most likely impossible as your phone is old (10+ years) with very low specs (around 2-3 GBs of ram). Your best bet is to try sideloading an apk for the game but there's a strong chance the game will run horribly (if it can open)

You can try an apk from websites such as apkmirror, but those won't get automatic updates, aren't endorsed by The Funkin' Crew, and might not even run. The only way you'd be able to download from the Play Store would be by either rooting your phone (which also has a chance of not working) or upgrading to a new phone
