Jinja version update request

Hello,

It looks like vrtgen has a hard Jinja2 version 2.8.x requirement, and Ubuntu 22.04 ships with version 3.0.3.

Would you please consider testing against 3.0 and re-releasing with a relaxed Jinja2 version requirement?
