🔄 Project Evolution Update (March 25, 2026)

To ensure this blueprint remains a gold standard for Resilient Health Architecture, we have implemented the following updates:

1. ⚖️ Dual-Licensing Strategy: We now operate under a split model - MIT License for all source code and CC BY 4.0 for scientific and educational content. This protects the architectural integrity while promoting open science.
2. 📖 2026 Case Study Update: Our main Case Study has been revised to reflect our current Zero-Framework performance metrics (0.3s TTI) and our scalable i18n architecture (native IT/EN support).
3. 🌍 Global Outreach: Documentation is now localized in 6+ languages to ensure the "next billion users" can access our resilience strategies.
