Event Manager is notified of new requests

We would like to send a daily summary of activity to the event manager? Preventing hundreds of emails but send a daily update to help adjust outside of app volunteering outreach.

This would initially be a list of newly assigned requests.

@schuback - The current flow from requests coming via API is that they are associate to an organization, but require an org admin to link them to the correct event. So to send this list to event managers, would we be sending those requests linked to the event by an org admin, from the previous day?

is this something that we're ready to move on, or is it more of a question whether or not we need this functionality?
