Update sample introduction terms (#465)

* update sample introduction term definitions

- MS:1000058 (flow injection analysis): clarify as discrete aliquot injection
  into carrier stream producing transient signal; add FIA, FIA-MS synonyms
- MS:1000060 (infusion): clarify as continuous delivery; add direct infusion,
  DIMS synonyms
- MS:1000249 (direct liquid introduction): clarify as legacy LC-MS interface
  with flow splitting, superseded by API methods

* remove 'FIA-MS, DIMS acronyms & 'chromatographic' removed from FIA/DI defs
