Integrate Julian's QR Code & Preprocessing into the Image Pipeline

From my understanding, Julian's preprocessing code (qrs, gps, timestamp) is not part of the pipeline yet. It needs to be modified to the current pipeline's structure and integrated as a step into the pipeline. Where it's integrated is TBD, whichever makes more sense. It could be before, after, or a part of import_images.
