You grant to the Project a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer your contributions.
You acknowledge that the Project may, at its sole discretion, relicense your contributions under any license, including commercial licenses, without further consent from you.
- You are legally entitled to grant the above licenses.
- If your employer has rights to intellectual property you create, you have received permission to make the contributions on behalf of that employer, or your employer has waived such rights.
- Your contributions are your original creation and do not violate any third-party rights.
Nothing in this agreement obligates the Project to use, incorporate, or distribute your contributions.
