Meshroom Update

We recently ran into an issue with a Meshroom version incompatibility-- it seems that the user had downloaded the newest version of Meshroom (2025.1.0) and ran into an error with OpenLIFU 1.4.0. It looks like in the instructions, it leads to the main alicevision meshroom page which indicates the user to download the newest version. Maybe we just need clarification to use Meshroom 2023 for both Windows and Linux? I don't know if it's necessary to update the version of Meshroom within the application.

Thank you for opening this issue! Agreed, we can put off a meshroom upgrade in the application until we have a good reason to do it. Documenting the required version makes sense.
