PR PHPOffice#2554 introduced some new Russian translations into Translations.xlsx. As part of the unit tests, file Calclation/locale/ru/functions is changed to reflect the Translations.xlsx values. This will appear to be a file change to git until the text file is formally changed, which this PR does.
