- Do not clamp output in `disable()` - Add `setSetpointCommand()` - Add `clampOutput()` protected method - Deprecate `useOutput(double, double)` - Remove `setpoint` field (instead, get from the controller) - Add missing `@Override` annotations - Mark many methods as final - Optionally publish to NetworkTables (#47)
