[v13.0.0-beta.0] Toolbox / flyout keyboard mouse interop issue

Description

If you are using both mouse and keyboard, you can break the toolbox by having keyboard focus on a flyout item, then using the mouse to toggle the flyout closed by clicking on the currently active category.

Edit: This can also be triggered by clicking on the blank space below the categories in the toolbox area.

I guess this is unlikely to happen in practice, but the failure requires a page refresh to recover from.

This occurs in both beta.0 and beta.1.

Reproduction steps

1. Run the playground locally
2. Use the keyboard to focus a flyout item (e.g., Logic -> if)
3. Click on the active toolbox category to close the flyout (e.g., Logic)
