[v13.0.0-beta.3] deleting a block moves focus away from the workspace block area

Description

When deleting a block via keyboard navigation in the workspace, the focus was lost from the block stack/workspace. After looking at change logs, it seems it was listed as fixed. However I am still able to reproduce on v13.0.0-beta.3

Reproduction steps

1. Create a stack of blocks in the workspace
2. Using keyboard, navigate to a block in the workspace
3. Click "delete" via keyboard
4. Notice focus does not remain in the stack

Thanks for reporting this! Looks like it only repros in Chrome, Safari and Firefox work as expected but will take a look and sort it out there.
