[v13.0.0-beta.2] Workspace context menu is misplaced when opened via keyboard in RTL workspaces

Description

When the context menu is shown for an RTL workspace via the keyboard, it is positioned mostly off-screen.

Reproduction steps

1. Open the multiplayground
2. Focus any of the RTL workspaces
3. Hit Command/Control Enter to display the context menu
4. Observe that the menu is placed largely out of bounds
