Proposed Changes
This PR plays a bloop sound when dropping top-level blocks or workspace comments on the workspace. Based on https://github.com/maribethb/blockly/tree/sounds with a slightly adjusted sound effect to make it shorter and slightly quieter, more in line with the existing sounds.
