how to disable certain commands?

In ./vendor/studio-42/elfinder/php/elFinderVolumeDriver.class.php I see this:

        if ($this->commandDisabled('zipdl')) {
            return $this->setError(elFinder::ERROR_PERM_DENIED);
        }

My question is... how do I disable zipdl?
