My question is: is Pilos compatible for opening from a mobile device

I'm trying to open Pilos directly from a mobile phone with the Android operating system using the Chrome browser, and the homepage won't load. I thought it was an issue with my installation, but I also tried accessing your official page at https://pilos.thm.de/ from an Android device, and it still won't load. My question is: is Pilos compatible for opening from a mobile device, or is it a problem with my network that the page remains blank?

I'm not aware of any problems with the use of PILOS on a mobile device. I myself use PILOS regularly on an iOS device and many of our students also use PILOS on Android and iOS.

As you mentioned that our version of PILOS https://pilos.thm.de/ is also not working for you, this could be an indicator that it is not a problem with your installation, but rather a problem with your device.

A blank page is often an indication that there is a problem with running javascript. It could be that your device is quite old and no longer supported.

Can you please give me more details about your device and the browser you are using. If you are using Google Chrome, you can enable developer mode and check your phone's browser logs.

Thank you, it worked for me. It seems there was a problem with the Chrome browser on my mobile device. I installed Firefox, and it worked well.
