bug: tutorial flow fails on CTS

Describe the bug

I'm trying to run a demo script from docs

Running the commands:

cd ./OpenROAD-flow-scripts
source env.sh
cd flow
make DESIGN_CONFIG=./designs/sky130hd/ibex/config.mk

After a while, got an error:

Expected Behavior

Flow returns successfully

To Reproduce

I'm not involved, but ORFS/OR are "moving targets".

At least with a current ORFS installation and

OS: Ubuntu 24.04
OR OpenROAD 26Q1-2923-gf2408812b6
Yosys: Yosys 0.63

it works as expected.

If you get an illegal instruction error then that almost certainly means that you are using a binary that is incompatible with your system. Please make sure you download the proper package for your system or rebuild natively.
