This script moves the dClass patch files into the DeviceMap resources and
generates a .dtree file using the dClass test client.

All DeviceMap builders are implemented as STRONG patterns with the exception of
the SimpleDeviceBuilder which is implemented as WEAK patterns and the
TwoStepDeviceBuilder which is implemented as a BASE and CHAIN patterns.
