Have libtiledbjni.so built with conda version?

I'm always working with conda environments and it would be cool to have some tiledb-java command that installs all necessary JNI libraries independent from the upstream maven jars.
The target would be to keep the tiledb-java jar's platform independent.
Is something like that possible?
