Ableton Link reports its connected but its not syncing

Sometimes Ableton link reports its connected but the BPM does not sync. There seems to be a negotiation / handshake / pickup that sometimes requires kick or nudge to make things connect. I have noticed one way is by toggling on/off "Ableton Sync Active and Ableton Sync Enable". I see the same behavior in Windows and MacOS.

RIght clicking on a file and selecting "Load on Deck X" does not trigger an album cover change.

The Black albulm cover jpg should be written to the cache folder if not found. Remove the need for an assets folder.
