Automatic source-based installer.
Should work on Linux and Mac OS.

Use like this:

./fasmifra-bundle.sh $HOME

Will create:
~/bin/fasmifra_fragment.py
~/bin/fasmifra

fasmifra.exe is supposed to be a portable version (statically linked) of the ~/bin/fasmifra Linux executable.
