  • Update to 2024 COMET-Planner data

WaCSE 0.9.1

  • Update to 2022 COMET-Planner data.

  • Fix bug in mod_estimate.R where an implementation could not be added to the tables if the CO2 estimate was missing.

  • Improve selectize inputs to conditionally exclude unavailable practices and implementations for only the counties where the practice was not estimated.

  • Added a NEWS.md file to track changes to the package.
