JS-API limits test still tests for limit of 1 memory #49
The limit was raised to 100 memories in #27, but the
test/js-api/limits.any.jstest still tests for 1 memory:https://github.com/WebAssembly/multi-memory/blob/main/test/js-api/limits.any.js#L20
