Subject to the terms of this License, the Owner grants You a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to:

  a) VIEW the contents of this repository for personal reference and
     educational purposes only.

  b) REFERENCE the architectural patterns, naming conventions, and structural
     approaches described herein for inspiration in your own original work,
     provided such work does not reproduce the substance of the Software.

You may NOT, without prior written permission from the Owner:

  a) Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the Software or any substantial portion
     thereof.

     Software to any third party.

  d) Use the Software, or any portion thereof, for commercial purposes,
     including but not limited to: consulting, training, coaching, course

  e) Use the Software, or any portion thereof, as training data for machine
     learning models, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated
     data processing system.

  f) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademark notices,
     or proprietary legends contained in the Software.

  g) Use the trademarks "Flame Spiral Method," "Formation Series,"
     "MW-Omega," or any associated marks without a separate trademark
     license agreement.

  h) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any non-source portions
     of the Software.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  a) The Software embodies trade secrets and proprietary methodologies
     developed by the Owner over multiple years.

  b) All intellectual property rights in the Software, including but not
     limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patent rights
     (if any), remain the exclusive property of the Owner.

  c) Viewing this repository does not constitute a transfer of any
     intellectual property rights.

  d) The structural methodologies, skill architectures, and systematic
     frameworks described herein are proprietary trade secrets protected
     under applicable law.

5. FACILITATOR LICENSING

  Individuals or organizations seeking to teach, facilitate, or deploy
  the Flame Spiral Method or any component of MW-Omega must obtain a

6. ML/AI TRAINING PROHIBITION
===========================================================================

  The contents of this repository are explicitly excluded from use as
  training data for any machine learning model, large language model,
  generative AI system, or similar technology. This prohibition applies
  regardless of the purpose (commercial, academic, or non-profit) and
  regardless of the method of ingestion (direct, cached, scraped, or
  intermediary).

  Web crawlers and automated scraping tools are not authorized to access
  this repository for data collection purposes.

7. TERMINATION
