chore(release): 7.031

In this case the error causing extra data in the version string was
upstream in Fontship. While there are no changes to this font, since it
is released using the *latest* tag of Fontship at the time of build,
retagging it now will rebuild with Fontship v0.7.5 and correct the dist
package file names
