1. OWNERSHIP
   The software ("PromptForge Studio"), including all source code, documentation, and related materials, is the exclusive property of PromptForge Studio ("Licensor"). All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, reside solely with the Licensor.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE
   This software is NOT open source. No license is granted to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software without the express written permission of the Licensor.

3. RESTRICTIONS
   You may not:
   a. Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
   b. Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the Software.
   c. Remove, alter, or obscure a proprietary notice, label, or mark on the Software.
   d. Use this Software for any commercial purpose without a separate commercial license agreement.

4. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. 5. TERMINATION
