[BUG] "terminated" error

Description

All active sessions under the OpenCode Go subscription consistently terminate with an UnknownError containing the message "terminated", regardless of user activity or model selection. This issue does not occur when using direct API endpoints for Deepseek or Z.AI, nor does it consistently affect the minimax-3-free, nemotron 3 super free models within OpenCode.
I`m trying to use OpenCode endpoint in third-party apps (e.g., ChatBOX APP) it works without termination.

I launched OpenCode Desktop v1.5.13 on a clean Windows 10 virtual machine with the same OpenCode Go subscription — everything works perfectly
Upd.
My logs are identical to those in issue #29589. However, the error in my case is specifically a timeout while waiting for data from models.dev.

Additional details for GLM 5.1 / z.ai

I'm experiencing the same "terminated" / "Network error" issue specifically with the z.ai (GLM 5.1) provider.

Exact error:

Network error, error id: 2026060622490410eb8ceede9541e9, please try again later

Context:

• Provider: z.ai (GLM 5.1) via OpenCode Go
• OpenCode version: 1.16.2
• OS: macOS
• Error occurs during provider requests, session terminates without retry

Root cause analysis (from source code):
In packages/opencode/src/session/message-v2.ts in the fromError() function, only ECONNRESET is classified as retryable (isRetryable: true). Other transient network errors like:

• ETIMEDOUT, ENOTFOUND, EAI_AGAIN (DNS)
• ECONNREFUSED, EHOSTUNREACH, ENETUNREACH, EPIPE
• Text patterns: fetch failed, socket hang up, terminated, other side closed

...fall through to the generic UnknownError case which is not retried by the retry logic in retry.ts.

Local fix tested:
I widened the classification in fromError() to include all transient system error codes and text patterns above, classifying them as APIError(isRetryable: true). This allows the existing retry mechanism to handle them correctly.

PR #30638 addresses exactly this issue.

Hope this helps prioritize the fix for the z.ai/GLM provider which appears particularly susceptible to these transient network errors.
