Build a native InfluxDB connector for Apache Iggy to enable seamless streaming of time-series data between Iggy and InfluxDB. This connector should allow users to sink data from Iggy into InfluxDB, with a design that can later support source ingestion from InfluxDB into Iggy.

This will unlock strong use cases around metrics, observability, IoT, financial ticks, and real-time analytics, and make Iggy easier to adopt in time-series-heavy architectures.
