[Helm] Request to update Helm Chart to support Superset 6.0.0

Apache Superset version 6.0.0 was recently released (Dec 18, 2025). Currently, the official Helm chart in the apache/superset repository still points to appVersion: 5.0.0.

Version 6.0.0 contains several major breaking changes (Ant Design 5 upgrade, Flask-AppBuilder 5.0, removal of AUTH_OID, and internal hashing changes) that require updates to the chart's configuration templates and default values.

I would like to request an update to the Helm chart to officially support Superset 6.0.0.
