If you tried "something", resulting in "not booting up", you may indeed have to open up for wired flashing. See this for guidance, including where to find current firmware: For working devices with very old Tasmota, the upgrade flow tells what steps you need. |

Hi all,
after years of not checking any progress on this project I realized there could be some value add if I could use these plugs with homeassitant. I bought some of these Obi Plugs in 2017 (https://templates.blakadder.com/obi_stecker.html) and re-flashed them manually. Now I'm on this Tasmota 5.14 and tried the OTA update before realizing the at that time entered adress has disappeared.

Now I tried serveral *.bin files but had no success with an OTA update...two times I got an error message and the third time it seems like the upload worked but now the Plug is "dead". No functionality and not booting up anymore!
So I assume I have to open it up again and try to flash this manually...
Could anyone please support me in finding the correct and working firmware to get this going again? Best case scenario would be with an OTA functionality for future use ;)...
I unfortunaly don't have the binary anymore which I used years ago and ended up here.
Many thanks in advance!
Best regards!
