Terms of Service

By using the Letterboxd Discord Bot ("the Bot"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

The Bot provides integration with Letterboxd to display movie ratings and reviews within Discord channels.

3. User Responsibilities

Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service.

Account Security: If an account is required, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality of the Bot, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of [Your Name or Company] and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Open Source

The Bot is open-source and available on GitHub. Users are encouraged to contribute and review the source code.

6. Data Usage

No Data Tracking or Analysis: We do not engage in any data tracking or analysis of user interactions beyond what is necessary for debugging purposes.

No Reselling of Data: We will never resell your data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casey Pugh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Bot.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
