docs(architecture): replace Go-era blueprint with redirect to .settings/

The 988-line architecture blueprint described a Go codebase + 7-phase
migration plan that has since shipped. The current TS architecture lives
in .settings/architecture.md. Stub this file with a forwarding pointer
and a note on where the historical content lives (git history).
