This milestone will enable markers in the ffmpeg plugin.

We need to add this functionality to all players in the plugin, e.g.
-- ffmpeg
-- mpv
-- javafx
-- native OSx
Once these players have been migrated to the plugin repo.

This milestone will also add tests for markers.

We will start with the ffmpeg player because it is already present in the plugin.
