Hotfix of the original v1.13.14 (Stand not updating)

• Always beep on Stand changes (500ms debounce time still applies), regardless of the stand delay in Iron settings.
  Untested, I don't have beeper, please report.

• Add tip change mode.
  The station will remove the power, ignoring any wake or stand activity, and wait for a new tip to be inserted, waiting up to 20s.
  It can be triggered from the main temperature screen, plot or normal modes.
  Issue a Click + Long click to trigger this mode, a tip and an arrow will be shown.
