The quotes around Exec were removed in this update (old: зaдaчe "Exec" тpeбyeтcя, new: зaдaчe Exec тpeбyeтcя). The localization note says "Exec" should not be localized — the intent is that the word stays as Exec, but the source string keeps it quoted (the "Exec" task).
