Add `Linux LoongArch 64 bit`, `Linux PowerPC 64 bit (little endian)`, `Linux RISC-V 64 bit` and `Linux s390x` for web UI and server.

Yes, you may try https://github.com/loongcodium/ruff-loong64/releases/tag/2025.28.0-1, which was tested on LoongArch. Note that as mentioned in #1350, if you'd like to make extensions targeting these platforms yourself, you have to patch vsce (here) or modify the extension.vsixmanifest in vsix files (e.g., loongcodium/typos-lsp-loong64@0e54fe9). |
