Volume control while display off.

With the display off there is less noise during reception of weak stations. When the display is off, rotating the button has no effect. Would it be possible to use the rotary button for volume adjustment when the display is off?

It is already possible:

1. Set the Sleep Mode to Unlocked, Sleep timer to 0 (disabled)
2. Turn the display off by pressing the encoder for 2 seconds
3. Adjust the volume as usual: press the encoder for 0.5 seconds to invoke the volume menu, then rotate it to adjust the volume

The problem doing it this way is it's really easy to knock the tuning or even end up in the menu system. Then you have to turn the screen back on, undo whatever you did and turn it off again.

It would be nice to have an additional "Locked w\Vol" sleep mode where the volume is default (and only) control while the screen is off.
