UI is frozen on startup if successful connection to LAN but no internet access

My home internet will hand out an DHCP IP address, but that address does not have internet access by default. (This is by design).
My ats-mini receiver obtains an IP immediately upon power on, but then the UI is frozen for about 100 seconds (seemingly, it is waiting for internet access which isn't available. When I enable internet access for that IP the power on process will work as expected. (Thank you for making this great project!)
