%d left in the file name when using custom file name format #1

Hi,

first of all I love XLD and thank you so much for this amazing piece of tool.

I think I found an issue with the %d parameter used in custom file names - it seems like it doesn't get picked up by the compiler.

XLD version: 20250302 (157.2)

Custom file format used: %A - %T - %d%n - %t

Expected result: Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral (Deluxe Edition) - 201 - Burn.m4a

Actual result: Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral (Deluxe Edition) - %d01 - Burn.m4a
