Description

Netapp backup policies allow weekly_backups_to_keep and monthly_backups_to_keep to be set to zero. This represents disabling weekly/monthly backups.
Note: I believe the defaults should be set to 0 to reflect API and portal behaviours but that would be a breaking change so I haven't made that change.
